Residential Properties

Over the past 20 years, the Estate has spent considerable time and effort on upgrading its residential property portfolio and adding to it by breathing new life into old farm buildings and converting them to residential.

There are approximately 160 period and 20th century properties offering a wide variety of housing from 5-7 bedroomed family farmhouses to 1 and 2 bedroomed romantic stone cottages. Some are on the edge of the town of Broseley, some in small communities and others stand alone in the beautiful Shropshire landscape.

The properties are actively managed by an in house team, with additional help from contractors to keep up with the rolling maintenance programme. All of the properties relet reach the required government standard of an E rating on an energy performance certificate, or above and we are continuing to upgrade thermal efficiency and heating systems. We are constantly striving to preserve our reputation as caring landlords with good quality properties set in beautiful surroundings.
