Today, all four of the children of George Cecil Brooke Forester, together with his wife, Catherine Lady Forester, have active roles in the running of the Estate.  In this they are ably supported by a team of 25 employees in the office, house, gardens, woods, farm and property maintenance teams.

Willey is, in the 21^st Century, relatively unique in that generations of the Forester family have, through love, hard work and prudence, preserved the house and its collections and cared for the Estate and all the people associated with it so that its legacy of beauty and historic interest should be an inspiration for future generations.  Their mission is to continue to preserve the Willey Estate, the house, chattels, and gardens as one entity for future generations by improving and modernising the built environment and conserving and regenerating the natural environment.
